Position and room cleanliness

As per my many reviews of this hotel, I have stayed here many many times over the last 10 years. It must be a good place to work as the staff who were there when I first came 10 years+ ago are still there. The hotel is very well located for everything you could possibly need and the beach is about 3 mins walk away. The rooms are exceptional, tea, coffee and water FOC. There is a snack/beer bar in the room.The staff are friendly and I spent many evenings during my two week stay in the bar with Tuk and Mamasan. There is also a restaurant, and I did eat one evening in there and the food was good. I have eaten in there on many visits and have no complaints about the quantity and quality of the food. The menu has quite a range on it.

A bit miffed with my friends on the staff, took advantage of my generosity a bit when it came to me sitting and having a drink. They were a bit too quick to join me (i dont normally mind as I am usually looking for them) but this time they were a little bit pushy about buying lady drinks. i.e. I planned to sit and drink with Tuk, mamasan joined us uninvited and Tuk would ask me to buy them both drinks. I should add Mamasan is a lovely friendly lady and a real asset to the hotel (as it Tuk) but... wait to be invited maybe?

Its very very good location and Mr Michael and Marky both are very good person, very very helpful. If i come in future then i would like to stay there again.

My bathroom wall mounted body wash and shampoo dispensers were not working . Soap dispenser fell down but still it was working. They didn’t had additional dispenser. shampoo dispenser they repaired and gave me different type dispenser. Receptionist told me they will not charge for that dispenser.. But Hotel charged me 300 bht.

If paying with a credit card, the hotel charges an extra 3 1/2 percent. I wasn't made aware of the extra charge upon booking. The older cashier's attitude wasn't as pleasant as the younger cashier's.

Location , spacious rooms, friendly & helpful staff,They also offer discounts for drinks during happy hours, if you are staying at the hotel, and believe me it’s the best price you will get around in the area . Didn’t eat at the restaurant , but I am very sure the food also will be equally good and they have a wide variety of cuisines.

Wasn't so friendly. I didn't feel my custom was appreciated. Owners don't seem like they understand hospitality. When in the bar I was blanked by "manager" and owner.

Big room with balcony. Staff was nice. Good location if you're there for nightlife as it's quite loud. Restaurant downstairs is decent for lunch.

The shower drain was clogged. Ants in the bathroom. Rooms could use an update, especially the bathroom.

Good location, good value for money, restaurant/bar downstairs. Walking distance to walking street and beach

No light by bed, only main light

Staff were great, food was nice and good value .In the heart of the city.

The pillows were flat and very thin and uncomfortable. Towels were thin and old.

Staff is great. Location is great. I usually stay here while in Pattaya

Bed is hard

I booked kingbed and large balcony terrace ,they given small balcony and delux bed

Warm welcome from all here , the room was so spacious, clean and cool with nice complimentary water , coffee etc . Bed was super comfy . Had some Pad Thai in the bar which was really good , also live music on one of the nights ...wish I had stayed longer than my short visit . Many many thanks x

Location and great value.

Check-in staff and reception, also cleaning the room is only allowed before 3pm.

Private entrance, girl friendly. Big fridge, plates, good cleaning, snacks inside room not extortionately priced.

Noisy

Modern quality rooms.

Balcony very small. Probably just for smoking. I like seat and table.

Never clean my room for 6 days and to much noise around the hotel especially at night

it was a wonderful, classy hotel as the name suggested. The rooms were too good and the reception area was very interesting. Staff was well behaved and location was perfect with all the happening places within a 2-3 mnt walk.
